I am currently part of a team of managers at Culver's. In addition to the tasks similar to a team member (entering orders into a POS, handling money, accurately bagging and preparing orders, preparing food product in a safe manner, meeting service speed goals, keeping my station clean and organized): as a manager, I am also responsible for handling customer complaints and resolving their issues (typically by mail, email, or phone).

As a crew member, I am mainly responsible for preparing food product in a safe manner. I am also able to quickly and accurately enter customer orders into a POS (Point Of Sale; a cash register). As the maintenence person, I am responsible for the cleanliness of the store: mainly cleaning the dining room to guest satisfaction, cleaning the fryer, grease hoods, and broiler for optimal operation, and ensuring trash receptacles are properly disposed of.
